Our Concept

With our solution PTApp, we are making manufacturing transparent through our in-house-developed IIoT platform.  The mobile platform is specifically developed to enable remote visualizing of the factory shop floor and digitalizing factory management.

Utilising cloud computing, PTApp could generate real-time operational reports based on big data collected, which would greatly assist our clients to remotely, improve their productivities, efficiencies, and performances across their factories.  Energy consumption data could even be used for ESG purposes.

Our Foundation

DataDigitalisation has strategically partnered with Pro-Technic Machinery Limited which has decades of advanced industrial experience in the machine tools sector in the Greater China.

We have developed various standardised functions based on industry clients’ common needs and our strategic partner’s experienced technical engineers have successfully implemented several projects, ensuring our clients’ unique technical requirements are met.

Our Approach

Our solutions are user-friendly and flexible, combining standardised functions with customised modules as requested by clients to give them highly informative and usable reports that address their needs.

We provide initial online consultations and trial accounts so that we can better understand their customisation requests.  Upon confirmation, we have a field team that will attend onsite to confirm implementation details.

Recently, we have delivered specifically developed solutions on predictive maintenance management and energy consumptions of machines, addressing clients’ automation and ESG needs.

Core Features

Our Standardised Solutions

Real-Time Remote Monitoring

PTApp focuses on connecting machines from various brands that use mainstream CNC controllers such as Mitsuibishi, Brother and Fanuc.  Utilizing big data collected, users can remotely access transparent machine statuses in real-time and their factory shopfloor productivity.

Assisting ESG Reporting

On average, machinery uses about 80% of a factory’s total electricity consumption.  By collecting energy consumption data, users can utilize PTApp to monitor factory’s power usage and calculate carbon footprint for ESG purposes.

Equipment Visualization

Via PTApp, users can study the operational patterns of a particular machine in depth in order to derive management plans that would improve production performance.

Customised Operational Reports

Working with end-users, our team can customise unique production reports specifically designed for our clients.  This includes OEE reports as well as other reports on productivity, fault alarms, energy consumption etc.

Past PTApp Implementations

Projects We Have Done

Automotive Parts Manufacturer

The client expanded to a new city and adopted PTApp to monitor their machining productions.  With PTApp’s MES function, client was able to improve reporting transparency and have access to key production data in real-time.

Fixture Manufacturer in Semiconductor Industry

The Hong Kong-based client successfully applied for funding through the Technology Voucher Programme to implement PTApp.  The client utilises PTApp to collect machine data and access MES functions.  Our team sets up API data transfer with the client’s own ERP and designed an Online Processing Module for the client to manage NC programs centreally and stream the programs directly to CNC machines.  This has reduced the risk of human errors in their factory in the Philippines significantly.

Injection Moulding Service Provider

The client has internally developed a digital management system but has difficulties collecting machine data.  Our expert team attended their factory on-site to connect their various equipment of different brands and models, as well as several legacy machines, in order to assist our client to achieve digital transformation.
